Happy Holidays - 2021 end of year wrap up
What. A. Year!
2021 is certain to go down in the history books, not always for the right reasons, but here at Rela8 Group we will always remember 2021 as the year we stood strong and kept the Technology Leaders Club community connected through challenging times.
Over the past year we have run 196 virtual roundtables and, more recently, 4 live events, bringing together 1,280 IT, security, and data leaders from all corners of the globe. These events have led to 600+ direct 1:1 follow up meetings across our executive and vendor community, helping to support our mission of driving digital transformation and new business opportunities across the industry.
2021 also brought us the introduction of the incredible TLC TV, our live entertainment chat-show hosted by comedian Emmanuel Sonubi - already up to its fourth episode and eager for more.
As a semblance of normality returned, we introduced our Wembley box experiences, private dinners at The Savoy, and motorsport track days, reminding us that there is nothing quite like experiential events to foster relationships and leave lasting impressions. To top it all off, TLC Reconnect, our final live event of the year, was a resounding success. A tour de force networking event for our rapidly growing TLC community at The Ned Hotel in London, featuring keynote speaker Ollie Ollerton and a charity auction that raised £4000 for the NSPCC.
All this while maintaining a 95% satisfaction rate across the Technology Leaders Club community.
2021 breathed new life into our Rela8 Group family, which in turn has seen a 100% year-on-year revenue growth. The team total grew from 17 to 35 and counting, enabling us to deliver a growing number of events for our community whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service that we have always promised. To match this, a company rebrand helped us to solidify our identity and core values, one that is reflected strongly in our entire team – trust, honesty, and integrity.
So what’s next?
Most people are probably hoping that we never have a year like 2021 again. Us on the other hand, we couldn’t be more excited that our 2022 is shaping up to be everything this year was and more for our Technology Leaders Club members.
Our ever-popular virtual roundtables will be filling your calendars throughout the year, TLC TV will be back on your screens, and we’ll be entertaining with live events and Wembley experiences along the way!
