Here we are again, at the end of another rollercoaster of a year! As we bid farewell to 2023, we can’t help but marvel at the incredible journey this year has been. 2023 has seen our triumphant return to the world of summits, the growth of our community and our team, and another year of delivering incredible events all around the world.
Above all this year, our commitment to fostering meaningful connections within our community remained unwavering. Throughout the year, we delivered an astounding 109 events, achieving an industry leading 55% 1:1 follow-up conversion rate. These events included 60 virtual roundtables, 4 breakfast briefings, 38 private dinners, 5 Wembley experiences, and 2 track days, all in service of facilitating connections between our Technology Leaders Club community and industry-leading vendors. In total we serviced a whopping 831 members of the Technology Leaders Club, and our community only continues to grow as we expand our global reach. It is an honour to host senior leaders from across the globe and we take pride in providing a platform for their collective voice.
2023 was truly a year for in-person connections. We were at Tech Show London in March for TLC Reconnect, we had Track Days in the summer, Wembley events throughout the year, a frankly staggering amount of private dinners all over the world, and of course, our phenomenal TLC Connect Summits last month. Our Track Days continue to be a hit with our more adrenaline fuelled community members and there is little better than a bit of friendly competition to help build relationships. At Wembley we saw the Lionesses roar to victory, enjoyed the music of global icons like Harry Styles, Blur, Ed Sheeran, and we are already getting excited for what next year at Wembley has to offer. Our global reach extended to private dinner evenings across the globe allowing our team to connect with the communities in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, New York, San Francisco, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna, Oslo, Hamburg, Zurich, Dallas, and for the first time, Dubai! As we look forward to 2024, face-to-face events will form a core part of our strategy in fostering meaningful relationships, discussions, and business opportunities for our Technology Leaders Club community in the coming year.
The highlight of our year however is obvious – the TLC Connect Summits. Our long-awaited return to the world of summits surpassed even our wildest expectations and we couldn’t be happier to have started on such a strong foot as we launch our TLC Connect Global Summits in the New Year. A staggering amount of work went into making these events a success and the community response is clear, summits are the pinnacle of collaborative events!
Something magical happens when our community comes together in-person to talk to each other and share their insights. It is always what we set out to do as community builders and next year is going to be bigger and better as we bring these summits to a global audience across DACH, Benelux, and the East Coast of the US as well as the UK

As we navigate the tumultuous world around us, it’s crucial to pause and celebrate the victories, big and small. In the tapestry of memories that is 2023, let’s remember the good that transpired and do our best to bring that same good into the New Year. The Rela8 Group and Technology Leaders Club extend our warm wishes for a joyous holiday season and a fantastic new year. We eagerly anticipate the adventures and opportunities that 2024 will undoubtedly bring – another thrilling chapter in our shared journey!
