Mental health is a prickly topic of conversation. Couched in stigma and societal pressure. We want to start the conversation by sharing how we our mental health, manage stress, and avoid burn out.

And that’s a wrap on 2023! 2023 has been a rollercoaster of a year for us, and as we begin to wind down for the holidays, we wanted to take a look back at the year and appreciate how much we have achieved.
